Trainee Shop Assistant at Jersey Hospice Care

Jersey Hospice Care are seeking to recruit a Trainee Shop Assistant who will work with employees and volunteers in assisting with the operation of the retail fundraising shops.

The postholder will be responsible for greeting customers, answering queries, assisting shoppers in purchasing goods and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. As well as assisting drivers with deliveries and collections of furniture, donations, replenishment of stock and maintaining the shop floor in line with required standards.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, enthusiastic, organised, have an interest in customer service within a retail environment and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
