Job Description

Our client seeks a customer service-oriented individual to provide first line support and deal primarily with clients, engineers and internal staff; undertaking Service Desk duties such as allocating, chasing, updating and closing calls, chasing time sheets and missing time, scheduling workloads, updating clients, producing statistics and invoicing, whilst providing excellent customer service.  He/she will follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution; order and chase required/outstanding products/parts; handle complaints; use resources effectively to maximise productivity and minimise response times.
Candidate will have extensive customer service background and at least 2 years experience in similar role; able to multi-task; be organised and methodical; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; good team player; good IT skills; used to scheduling/logging service calls within fast paced environment; able to cope with ever evolving business processes; numerate and literate; excellent time management; good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel; discretion is essential.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
