Trainee Fund Administrator

This exciting trainee role supports senior administrators and administrators of portfolios of regulated fund structures, assisting with the concerns of clients and intermediaries on a daily basis, becoming.fully aware of current CDD and KYC regulations; maintaining specialist and technical knowledge, awareness of evolving legal and regulatory landscape and proactively identify and report risks; attend client meetings and help prepare board packs and draft minutes; issuance of drawdown and distribution notices and investor statements; provide other information to clients at their request; maintain accurate records including statutory records; prepare and submit regulatory deliverables; undertake investment transactions, payments and investor transactions; ensure accurate bookkeeping; maintain strong working relationships.
Candidate should be A Level educated; organised, be detail orientated; able to work under own initiative; good team player; innovative; further study will be expected; experience in administrative role in office environment and/or Finance-related experience advantageous but not essential; working knowledge of MS Office and software packages required.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
