Trainee Fund Administrator
Job Description
Great role supporting administration of various fund structures, including processing payments across various banking systems, handling of investment transaction documents, assisting with KYC and CDD on new and existing investors along with other Compliance related matters; assisting with preparing materials for board meetings; dealing with a varied range of client queries; maintenance of client records; execution and collation of NDAs, Bid Letters, Engagement Letters and Comfort Letters through DocuSign; apply internal risk management.
Candidate must have have strong communication, organisation, administration and numeracy skills; good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; well organised and accurate; flexible, able to prioritise and work under pressure; good team player.
