Trainee Fund Administrator - Alternative Funds

Great role to support client team in administration of an Incorporated Cell Structure and other fund structures, processing payments across various banking systems and investment instructions across various custodian systems, Transaction Monitoring, conducting payment call backs, assisting with preparing materials for board meetings, preparing daily net asset values, dealing with client queries, maintaining client records, applying internal risk management procedures.
Candidate will have A-Levels at grade C and above; Diploma/Bachelor's degree; willing to study for professional qualification; strong communicator at all levels; well organised - with accuracy and timely completion of work; good administration and numeracy; flexible, with the ability to work to time pressures; good MS Word and Excel; ability to manage own workload and prioritise; team player.
