Our Trainee Discovery Programme was created for this reason, to help you find a role that best suits you.

To us it makes business sense to give you time to explore, build your skills, your knowledge and your network. At the end of the two year programme we will work together to find a role in an area of our business that suits you.

Our Trainee Discovery Programme begins this year in September and you'll spend 3 - 6 months in different teams, in different areas finding out what IQ-EQ do whilst looking for a role that ticks all those boxes.

You will have a Mentor to guide you with your personal and professional development and a Buddy to help you settle in.
