Trainee Corporate Administrator

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to all members as required and you will work closely with the Senior Administrators and Administrators on their client portfolios.
Responsibilities Include: 
- Answering phones, photocopying, scanning, preparing emails, letters and spreadsheets in conjunction with Senior Administrators/Administrators.
- Liaising with client and intermediaries and implementing their instructions once approved by a Senior Administrator/Administrators. 
- Assist with preparing the necessary documentation for the incorporation or dissolution of companies and establishments or termination of Trusts.
