Job Duties:
- Assisting fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
- Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Conducting property searches and due diligence checks
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirements
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required
- Developing knowledge of local property law and conveyancing procedures
Job Requirements:
- Strong academic background (A-levels or equivalent required; legal studies beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
