Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal candidate for this great opportunity reviewing and approving due diligence in accordance with regulatory requirements; maintaining compliance records and registers; assisting with reviewing of due diligence for new business; certification of documents; dealing with Liaison Notices; assisting with Compliance Monitoring Programme; assisting Corporate Secretarial function with tasks, including minutes and registry updates; ensuring all policies and regulatory framework adhered to.
Candidate should have proven track record of practical experience in a fiduciary services business; educated to ‘A’ Level standard; strong understanding of applicable trust and company regulations, establishment procedures and compliance issues; able to use MS Office; general understanding of legislation, AML and regulatory issues.
