Trainee chef at Woodfire Limited

Portelet Bay Cafe is looking for enthusiastic trainee chefs and kitchen porters to work along side a the main team Applicants must be keen and willing and show good initiative and a 'can do' attitude. Hours will include both day and evening although we are not a particularly late night venue and generally close by 9pm. You will learn to make and cook pizza, as well plate up desserts and help assist with the general running of the kitchen . We are a small, friendly , family run restaurant , right on the beach at Portelet Bay. Every year we take on a large number of students, many of whom return for several years throughout their university years and beyond. You will also have the opportunity to learn barista skills and how to operate the tills and involve yourself with the general service of the restaurant. Please contact us with your interest.
