Trainee Analyst - Helpdesk

Job Description

Join a first class Operations Team and work alongside experienced professionals to help provide a first line support service to end users in a multi-jurisdictional fiduciary firm. The team cover all software and hardware issues, and duties will include logging calls for assistance, providing 1st line support for staff in various offices (both over the phone and desk side), performing troubleshooting, ensuring system changes are authorised, maintain equipment registers and provide any other ad hoc assistance as required.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of applications and infrastructure systems in order to provide a solid 1st line support service, and you will need strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with staff across the organisation at all levels. An organised, detail-focused approach is essential, along with a genuine interest in IT and remaining up to date with changing technologies.
