Job Description

Exciting and varied role, reviewing data and escalating amendments to maintain data integrity; preparing payment instructions including for online banking systems with supporting documents for own clients; understanding requirements/process for payments for high risk clients; monitoring for receipt of funds and providing confirmation; preparing billing control forms and work in process reports; sending and settling client invoices; compiling statutory filing (minutes) for team; marking up correspondence for filing and book-keeping; scheduling and observing at meetings; producing board packs and reports; requesting CDD documentation (under supervision); preparing (with assistance) for review checklists for drawdowns, distributions and investments; drafting basic minutes and resolution (with assistance); updating team schedules/reports and team specific spreadsheets/information; general office administration.
Requirements are office experience and proficiency in MS Office; sound academic background; studying towards/willing to study for ICSA Cert/STEP Cert/Fund Admin Cert/Diploma/ACCA/ACA; basic understanding of local finance industry and regulatory requirements; accuracy and attention to detail; good time management and ability to prioritise; team player; flexible; good telephone manner; proactive; committed to excellent client service.     
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
