Job Description

This is a great role assisting with initiatives, learning and strategy and development processes; liaising with external training providers for professional qualifications and personal development courses; process professional qualification and personal development bookings with external training providers and institutions; prepare training contracts; assist with reporting; process professional subscription reimbursement payments; monitor training and professional subscription budgets vs actual costs incurred on a quarterly basis; assist with collating information for Group quarterly board reporting; make payments, ensuring invoicing and payment process runs smoothly; ensure accuracy of information requests and reports produced by team; ensure training records up to date, accurate and filed correctly; ensure data kept up to date and stored accurately; support with the implementation and maintenance of chosen Learning Management System; assist with dealing with employee queries and concerns.
Candidate will have 5 GCSEs grade A-C including English and Maths; desirably 2 A Levels/BTEC/IB, CIPD Level 3/similar and Table 5 qualification as approved by JFSC for Trust Company; working knowledge of MS Office 365; basic finance industry understanding; good attention to detail; able to meet deadlines; strong communicator; proactive; responsive; self motivated; able to prioritise workload; focused.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
