An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Administrator to join our client's Learning & Development (L&D) team, on a permanent full-time basis. You will provide a high level of administrative support to the L&D function ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with procedures. Additionally, you will assist with the smooth running of various L&D initiatives and support in delivering the L&D strategy. Though no former experience is required, the candidate will have 5 GCSE's grade A-C including Mahs and English, 2 A Levels or equivalent, a Table 5 qualification as per the JFSC Codes of Practice for a Trust company and a CIPD Level 3 or similar.
