Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organised Trainee Administrator (Healthcare) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in healthcare administration. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

You will work closely with care managers, senior leadership, and frontline staff to support the smooth day-to-day running of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting administrative functions within a healthcare setting

Assisting with staff onboarding and compliance paperwork

Answering telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally

Supporting rota coordination and general office administration
