Our client is seeking to appoint an Administrator to work in their Custody Settlements Department. In this role you will assist with the timely processing of the bank's activities with regards to settle trades and transfers.
You will be monitoring receipt of confirmation of transactions, process instructions to custodians and fund managers to ensure timely settlement of trades, ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the department's written policies and procedures, as well as assisting the Custody Services team in daily duties and providing cover as and when requested.
Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, who is organised, with good organisation, prioritisation and time management skills. You will need basic IT skills and knowledge of Excel, with a willingness to learn from attending courses, both internal and external, and potentially undertake studying such as Securities Institution qualifications as appropriate in future.
