Trainee Administrator- Corporate Services
Job Description
Our client seeks the ideal candidate to assist with administering corporate structures, responding to ad-hoc investor and client queries; assisting with transaction documents and liaising with lawyers; inputting of payments and processing of recommendations; assisting with investor subscriptions and redemptions; liaising with internal functions and investors in relation to investor KYC/AML related queries; preparing board packs for board meetings and producing minutes; assisting with regulatory and/or statutory filings, maintenance of accurate records and registers, bookkeeping, preparing reconciliations of subsidiaries and cash balances and liaising with auditors; applying internal risk management procedures.
Requirements are strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills; excellent attention to detail; strategic thinking with an emphasis on relationship building; strong team player; self-motivated and able to multi-task; excellent working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; ability to manage own workload and prioritise; flexible, with the ability to work to time pressures.
