Job Description

This is a superb opening for a Trainee Administrator to join our client's Corporate Services team. Under supervision you will assist and support in delivering a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities, applying good time management and organisational skills to ensure that work is completed within the agreed timeframes. Duties will include preparing minutes, resolutions and other correspondence, processing bank payments and the production and circulation of invoices. To be successful in this role you will need a strong academic background, willingness to continue learning and studying towards a professional qualification (ICSA or STEP) and if you have previous relevant administration experience then this will be beneficial.
