Trainee Administrator – Client Services

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Administrator to join one of Jersey’s leading law firms.

 

Duties will include:

  • Assist the team with client due diligence and undertake compliance checks in respect of any new business
  • Client acceptance process
  • All aspects of the on-going administration of client entities, delivering excellent
    client services levels at all times
  • Undertake scanning and filing of any client documentation
  • Assist with the ongoing data input within the corporate services practice management database
