Town Shop Manager at Jersey Hospice Care

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Shop and Online Manager, to join the Retail Department.

The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Jersey Hospice Care’s St Helier charity shop and online operation to maintain a high level of customer service and maximise revenue.

The postholder will work collaboratively with the Head of Retail and other members of the Retail Management Team and provide cover and support in other retail locations as required. Lead, manage, develop and train employees and volunteers, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will hold significant retail experience, supervisory or experience of managing a team, must be proficient in reconciling, handling, banking monies.
