Job Description

We are actively looking to recruit a strong Tills and Customer Service Manager for our busy department.The Till and Customer Service Manager will ensure the till team provide excellent customer service along with impeccable levels of accuracy. You will carry out effective analysis of transactional reports and take responsibility for ensuring policies and procedures are being adhered to by the till team.Key accountabilities -
Financial Analysis including;
Daily, weekly and monthly reports must be analysed and actioned promptly, resolving any discrepancies
Responsible for cash and banking reconciliation
Refund analysis
Manage system price accuracy
Analyse and interpret system generated financial reports
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a flexible, self motivated approach. Previous management experience is essential
