We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Network Technician to join a global connectivity and business enterprise provider.
Key duties will include:
- Provide a Tier 2 remote engineering service and service management
- Work with customers, partners and third parties via digital platforms
- Provide appropriate technical expertise, advice, support and mentoring to Tier 1 and service desk teams as well as working collaboratively within the Technical Centre team to ensure fast triage and minimise case handovers and escalations
- Assist in analysing customers' existing networks and solutions to implement or recommend system modifications, improvements, or fixes for related issues
- Work independently taking ownership of Cases both assigned and un-assigned
