Temporary Wine Waiter at The Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant

The Atlantic Hotel is looking for a Temporary Wine Waiter to join our team and support us during a short seasonal vacancy. Working alongside our Head Sommelier and experienced restaurant team, this is a great opportunity to develop your wine knowledge and service skills. We’re looking for someone with previous wine experience, but we would also welcome applications from experienced bartenders or strong waiters with a good understanding and interest in wine. The role is offered on a zero-hours basis, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week. Pay is £14.40 per hour, including 6% holiday accrual, plus monthly service charge. Meals are provided on shift. Candidates must be eligible to work in Jersey, have their own accommodation and be able to travel to The Atlantic Hotel reliably.
