Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Service Delivery team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This full-time position plays a key role in delivering a range of securities operations processes including trade settlement, account maintenance, and client reporting. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing client transactions, resolving queries, and ensuring that control reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Duties:
- Process securities transactions including trade settlements, transfers, corporate actions, fees, and payments
- Produce and review daily control reports and investigate any issues identified
- Book client foreign exchange transactions
- Handle internal queries from business partners and escalate where appropriate
- Support quarterly client reporting and valuation tasks
- Liaise with operations teams and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administration role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under time pressure
- Experience in financial administration is desirable
