Our client is seeking a Contract Reviewer for a period of three months to support the review of fund relationship periodic reviews on a full-time or part-time basis. Job Duties:
- Assist the Funds and Compliance Teams with tasks as guided by the supervising staff member.
- Review hard copy and electronically stored records of fund entities and structures, including Jersey Private Funds, Jersey Unregulated Funds, FSB, and CIF-regulated fund entities.
- Prepare follow-up action points based on the outcomes of entity reviews.
- Examine hard copy and electronic due diligence documentation for individual and corporate investors.
- Support client-facing teams with the preparation of due diligence-related investor correspondence.
- Conduct screening, internet searches, and sanctions checks, taking any required escalation actions.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in compliance, due diligence, or fund administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in fund governance and investor due diligence.
- Effective communication skills for preparing reports and correspondence.
- Proficiency with electronic filing systems and compliance tools.
