The purpose of this role is to greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, delivering an efficient and professional service to those enquiring about products and services. You will also manage customer waiting lists, ensuring customers are kept informed of expected wait times and are seen as promptly as possible. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
