Our client is seeking a full-time Officer, Regulatory Maintenance to join their team on a 6 month fixed-term contract, working 35 hours per week. This role involves supporting the administration and upkeep of systems and processes to ensure the effective regulation of the financial services industry. Job Duties:
- Process regulatory maintenance tasks for all regulated and registered entities
- Collect and collate statistical and financial data from industry and third parties
- Respond to queries and provide support to external stakeholders using the firm's systems and portals
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain record-keeping systems
- Identify, escalate, and address risks promptly
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory responsibilities are met
- Participate in change initiatives and projects as required
- Recommend and implement improvements to internal processes
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Proven ability to work well within a team and deliver results
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Understanding of financial services and products, including financial statements (desirable)
- Motivation for continuous learning and development
- Flexible approach and aptitude for team working
