Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role will support the Change team in delivering a strategic project within a fixed timeframe. The successful candidate will facilitate clear communication across key stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery by translating input into actionable plans. This role involves conveying project-related information to a wide audience and proactively managing risks. It is essential to comply with project management best practices to ensure successful project completion.

Job Duties:

  • Support the Change team in delivering a strategic project within a fixed timeframe.
  • Facilitate clear, transparent, and consistent communication across key stakeholder groups.
  • Translate stakeholders' input into actionable plans to ensure smooth project transition and delivery.
  • Convey project-related information effectively to both internal and external audiences, both written and verbally.
  • Comply with the organisation's project management best practices.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and handle issues proactively to maintain delivery.
  • Promote accountability and facilitate project delivery across the organisation by using planning and organisational skills.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with strategy and business plans, benefiting both the internal organisation and the industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong and proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering technology change, particularly data migration and new case management system launches (advantageous).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a positive can do' attitude, working well under pressure and within deadlines.
