Job Description

Our client is seeking a Payroll and Reward Administrator for a fixed term of up to 6 months. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Reward team, including the Compensation and Benefits Officer and Senior HR Manager, to provide comprehensive support across payroll and reward functions. The role will involve monthly payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, managing benefits-related administration, and assisting with project-based tasks such as research and report writing. Job Duties:

  • Assist with the preparation of outsourced payrolls for all jurisdiction.
  • Input and check payroll for Jersey, Guernsey, and Cayman.
  • Assist with the UK payroll through a bureau service.
  • Manage administration for statutory requirements, including tax and social security submissions for Jersey, Guernsey, and BVI.
  • Handle benefit-related administration, including processing invoices and journaling costs.
  • Address employee queries related to reward and benefits.
  • Support conversations with employees about benefit changes due to personal circumstances e.g. family leave, relocations.
  • Administer pension schemes, including submission of schedules to providers and processing payments within deadlines.
  • Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers and brokers regarding queries or changes.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance role, with payroll experience being advantageous.
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Practical experience with payroll and HR systems.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care.
  • Knowledge of British Isles or international payrolls is beneficial.
