Temporary HR Officer – 12 month FTC

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary HR Officer to join a regulated financial services group, in Jersey, on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key duties will include:

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all day-to-day operational employee lifecycle activities
  • Become a proficient user of the current HR system, and ensure all relevant data and changes are captured
  • Resolve queries received through multiple channels in a timely manner
  • Ensure documentation and instruction forms are continually updated and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Ensure employee files are accurately maintained
