We're seeking a talented accounting professional who thrives on moving finance processes and functions forwards. This is a 12-18 month fixed term contract.
In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Transformation Team and be involved in process mapping, diagnosis & insight as well as working to enable and implement the transformation, including stakeholder liaison. You will have experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or finance transformation and be a skilled facilitator with a strong understanding of change management principles and people-centred change. We're looking for someone with experience in Finance (preferably qualified Accountant or similar) and Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification and ERP/financial management system implementations and workflow/automation enablement may be advantageous Contact the team to discuss this role in more detail.
