This exciting role is within a larger team administering a single large client for a modern, privately owned fund administration business. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role holder will act as first point of contact for the Client and co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice, develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and checklist templates for client relationships, attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings and ensure the preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines. The candidate should hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent), have strong technical financial services knowledge, some people management experience and experience of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship.
