Job Description

Our client is seeking a Temporary Client Profile and Client Due Diligence Reviewer to support the completion of a divisional project related to the Client Profile Project and Client Due Diligence review. This role involves analysing client information, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. The position is primarily non-client facing and requires collaboration with the Project Manager and internal teams to maintain accurate records and ensure all necessary due diligence measures are taken. Job Duties:

  • Support the Project Manager in conducting the Client Profile Project and Client Due Diligence review within the Corporate Services division.
  • Undergo training in subjects such as the three-tier test, politically exposed persons, and enhanced due diligence.
  • Review client due diligence documentation, including personal information and identity documents, ensuring they meet internal policies and procedures.
  • Prepare or review risk assessments for Corporate Services entities based on associated risk factors and related parties, documenting any discrepancies for senior management review.
  • Review enhanced due diligence measures such as source of wealth/funds, the three-tier test, and client transactions, ensuring adequate details are held for monitoring purposes.
  • Conduct world and media checks using Refinitiv software for screening purposes.
  • Communicate results with client teams and the Project Manager, assisting in establishing action plans to update internal records.
  • Assist the Project Manager in maintaining internal trackers to ensure deadlines are recorded and met.
  • Identify potential issues during project execution, proposing solutions with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to Risk & Compliance procedures, including regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements.
