Job Duties:
- Ensure the accuracy of customer billing setups.
- Prepare and manage monthly invoicing reports for review and approval.
- Work with internal stakeholders to finalise items for billing.
- Generate and issue client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and verify billing data following company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all billing and financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organised billing records and documentation.
- Support statutory audits and tax filings.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage the bank reconciliation process.
- Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to achieve overall objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA); ACA qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, finance, or billing roles.
- Proficient in SAP S4H or similar billing and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to organisational change.
