Job Description

Our client is seeking a temporary Billing Assistant to provide essential support within their Billing department. This position is ideally for an experienced accounting technician, junior accountant, or individual with client billing experience. The role involves reconciling client invoices and payments, preparing revenue accruals, and supporting the billing manager with fee schedules and invoice production coordination. Job Duties:

  • Perform reconciliations between invoiced amounts and client payments.
  • Prepare monthly revenue accruals.
  • Monitor and report on client debtor positions.
  • Assist the billing manager with setting up new client fee schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between local business representatives and the outsourced invoice production function.


Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Strong teamwork and client focus skills.
  • Analytical skills with high attention to accuracy.
