Telesales/customer service at Cimandis

The Telesales/customer service operator is accountable for maintaining, developing, and maximizing our customer base, working to achieve the required performance and productivity standards whilst complying with company polices and procedures. You will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts which will be local caterers; to input customers’ regular orders onto our computer system, whilst prompting the customer on products they may have forgotten and offering special deals available - ensuring you always deliver excellent customer service. Dealing with customers queries and investigating the request for credits. Ideally the applicant would have some food knowledge but training will be given. The hours are 40 per week and will be required to work some weekends.
