Technical Trainer at Maples Fiduciary Services (Jersey) Limited

Lead and design the delivery of NavOne technical and role-based training solutions for Maples FS

Key Duties:

- Work closely with the NavOne Project Tea and SteerCo to align training with project phases, system releases, and business requirements.
-Parter with SMEs, functional Leaders and IT system owners to identify training needs and prioritize learning initatives.
-Develop instructor-led training materials, system demonstrations, workflows and user documentation.
-Collaborate with LandD colleagues to produce e-learning modules (Articulate 360, Camtasia, screen-capture content).
-Prepare training materials in multiple formats
-Faciliate in person and virtual trainings
-Deliver process and adoption updates to senior stakeholders.
