Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Support Officer to join a local regulatory body.


The Service Desk is a team of technical officers handling the full lifecycle of IT service delivery, from managing service requests to resolving service issues and planning service upgrades in a customer centric and efficient manner. The team also provides implementation support for new systems as part of wider ICT projects as well as maintaining access to the hybrid working systems.
