Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an Information Systems and Technology environment preferably in a service desk function and studying towards / hold ITIL or A+ qualification. Knowledge of network infrastructures and Cisco telephony systems. Must be a team player with a focus on the customer and end user experience.
