As Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of a team of support workers, ensuring that care delivery meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compassion. You will provide hands-on support, supervision, and guidance to your team while maintaining strong communication with management, families, and health professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting care staff to deliver person-centred, outcome-focused care.

Managing shift rotas, handovers, and care plan reviews.

Providing mentorship and supervision to team members.

Monitoring service quality, reporting concerns, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Supporting new staff through induction, training, and ongoing development.

Ensuring accurate completion of daily records, risk assessments, and medication administration.
