Team Leader - La Pouquelaye Nursery at Centre Point Trust

The Nursery Team Leader has charge of all activities within his/her team following the Development Matters Framework and adhering to the Statutory Requirements for EYFS Provision in Jersey.

Your primary responsibility is to encourage a stimulating nursery environment, empowering and valuing children as individuals whilst recognising their individual needs and encouraging their individual and collective development.

You will also encourage and support good relationships with parents and carers in order to take a holistic approach to the care and development of the children.

You will need an up to date working knowledge of the Development Matters Framework and the EYFS profile.

You will have a working knowledge of the Statutory Requirements for EYFS provisions in Jersey and the law’s and articles it is based on.
