Job Description

This role involves  interaction with employees Group-wide at all levels involving onboarding and offboarding; managing pre-screening process; maintaining HR induction materials and delivering inductions; ensuring Facilities and IT in place; ensuring complete set up of new employees in HR system; overseeing documentation for joiners and leavers; supporting exit interview process such as interviews, upload of questionnaires and meeting notes; liaising with new employees during probation; overseeing objectives input into Hub; managing interim and end of probation operations process such as set up meetings; ensure employee data quality achieved; checker/approver of various jurisdictional payrolls; oversee benefits administration for Group jurisdictions; deliver and analyse MI; risk management; ensure GDPR maps maintained; maintain Group HR procedures;  identify and make recommendations and solutions to streamline/enhance processes/maximize efficiencies.
Candidate will have Degree (does not have to be HR related); hold/ideally be CIPD Level 3/equivalent qualified/same by experience; prepared to study to attain business related qualification; prepared to acquire business knowledge in order to support client needs; experience of working in a financial services HR function; proficient in MS Excel Pivot tables, VLookups and Slicers, Mail Merges, Powerpoint – slides and organisation charts; ability to deal with management and staff at all levels and in difficult situations; strong team player.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
