Team Leader Babies at Charlie Farleys Nursery

Charlie Farley’s Nursery are proud to be working with a fantastic team who have a vacancy for a permanent full time Baby Room Team Leader

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in a senior role in a Baby Room
Level 3 in Early Years Childcare qualifications or equivalent.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
Be enthusiastic, passionate, and full of ideas to encourage learning and development.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to a high standard of quality care within the nursery, including practice, environment, and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stages.
Plan activities, and support children’s learning.
Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
