Team Leader at Les Amis

The successful candidate would assist the Registered Manager meet levels of compliance specified by the JCC. Support person centred planning ensuring assessments of needs are completed.

Deputise in the absence of the RM, covering tasks as rota management, risk assessments, development of support staff, medication etc.

Applicants MUST hold RQF Level 3 in HandSC or nearing completion of the qualification. Minimum of 2 yrs experience in HandSC
The post is 35hrs p/w and requires shift work, weekends and sleep in duties.
