Team Lead (Manager) at LIFELINE CARE GROUP (JERSEY) LTD

Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Coordinate daily care delivery, allocate workloads, mentor and supervise staff, conduct observations, support induction and training, and ensure compliance with care plans, policies, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements. Act as the first point of contact during shifts, responding to incidents, resolving concerns, and liaising with healthcare professionals, families, and management. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor service quality, promote continuous improvement, and lead by example through professionalism, compassion, and effective communication. Previous leadership experience in health and social care is desirable.
