Team Lead FTE PSR (Payments, Settlements & Reconciliations)

This is a great role setting strategy, making tactical and operational decisions, and overseeing scalable and accurate processes with regards to PSR.  Postholder will drive effective banking partner relationships, provide solutions to transactions, settle maturing funds, reconcile funds, implement process improvements, approve process changes, drive higher performance, undertake team meetings, manage discipline, holidays and absences; organise recruitment and team structure, deal with customer queries, ensure AML, KYC and fraud processes in place and mitigate risk; manage suppliers/vendors.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience managing/deputy managing in operations role with exposure to PSR; experience in risk and compliance; strong in leading teams and managing relationships; knowledge of correspondent banking, banking settlement systems, international payment processes and automated reconciliation solutions; skilled in coaching, communication, listening and influencing.
