Team Lead, Business Risk Control

Great role opportunity to manage a Business Risk Management team to provide first line risk related advice and assurance to stakeholders from all Business Units and corporate functions in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and standards.  He/she will drive compliance by monitoring policies; oversee and drive collection data from numerous sources in order to prepare high quality, accurate and complete analysis and dashboards, as well as Management Information reporting; monitor development of annual business plans; act as subject matter expert and liaise with stakeholders.
Requirements for the role are degree in risk management as well as 5-7 years significant experience in all aspects of Operational Risk Management within financial services specifically managing controls, testing and oversight of key risks; some experience in managing teams, dealing with key stakeholders; good team player and communicator.
