Taxation Manager

Great role as operational lead for tax department, delivering personal and corporate tax compliance, and UK corporate tax reporting for CI based clients; daily oversight and planning of tax team work; liaising with clients and working with other departments to harmonise client experience; ensuring client documentation and controls are in place for each jurisdiction; preparation and submission of tax returns, review of work prepared by colleagues; preparation of tax reports and other ad-hoc assignments; attending to tax related queries from clients, colleagues and Network; reporting on department performance to the directors; client onboarding, AML/CFT acceptance procedures and annual AML/CFT and independence procedures; oversight of tax assignment billing and debtor collection; scheduling, planning and oversight of work.
Requirements are previous relevant tax reporting experience; strong technical understanding of relevant tax reporting requirements; strong communication skills; experience dealing with senior stakeholders; high level of accuracy and attention to detail; an appropriate professional qualification.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
