Tax Senior Associate - Tax Manager

This role is open to anyone with UK tax experience and ideally Jersey/Guernsey tax experience also.  Postholder will support tax team with preparation and review of UK tax returns and key involvement in tax advisory projects; liaise with tax authorities regarding tax queries; prepare written advice for clients; develop understanding of products and services and client base to ensure client retention and growth; promoting firm to facilitate new business opportunities; support delegating and monitoring of work undertaken by junior team members.
Candidate must be motivated and committed to effective client service; excellent interpersonal, client service, organisational and time management skills; initiative and lateral thinking; analytical and problem solver; team player; able to work independently; flexible and proactive; able to meet deadlines; attention to detail; if school leaver, needs 112 UCAS points or equivalent / Graduate: Degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent; tax/accounting professional qualification; at least 3 years experience in tax role covering trusts, income, corporation and inheritance tax from compliance and advisory view; trust and company admin experience/other financial services experience.
