Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead role is a replacement hire intended to enhance the recruitment capabilities across multiple jurisdictions, including Jersey, Isle of Man, Mauritius, and London. This position involves a strategic focus on the end-to-end recruitment process with significant emphasis on governance and compliance within a busy recruitment environment. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and overseeing workforce planning and talent attraction initiatives. The successful candidate will conduct stakeholder management across various jurisdictions, ensuring recruitment processes are continually improved. Previous experience in managing or mentoring a team is highly advantageous.

Job Duties:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the organisational needs.
  • Undertake workforce planning and drive talent attraction initiatives to fill vacancies.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and recruitment controls.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management across diverse jurisdictions.
  • Lead and enhance the recruitment processes to streamline operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Experience in banking or a large corporate recruitment environment is preferred.
  • Strong capabilities in governance and process management.
  • Ability to effectively manage high-volume recruitment workloads.
  • Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions is essential.
  • Previous team leadership experience is desirable.
  • Candidates outside Jersey may be considered if local talent is unsatisfactory.
